Upload your Schwab Advisor Center Positions and Balances exports and match every account to its household at once.

1 upload covers every client in your export. Download 2 files from Schwab Advisor Center, upload both to Kerdora, and Kerdora matches each account to its household.

What you get

  • Bulk matching. Kerdora matches accounts to households automatically, tells you how many it matched, and lists the rest for you to assign or skip.

  • Account types that come out right. Kerdora reads Schwab’s registration types, so a Roth IRA comes in as a Roth IRA and a joint account keeps its owners.

  • Cash included. Your Balances export adds each account’s cash and exact account type.

  • You review first. Nothing imports until you confirm your matches.

Nothing. It’s a file upload, so nothing connects to your Schwab account. Upload new exports whenever you want fresh holdings.

Set it up

  1. Turn on Schwab Import in Kerdora’s Settings.

  2. In Schwab Advisor Center, export Accounts → Positions and Accounts → Balances after market close, so both files agree.

  3. Upload both files in Kerdora, review your matches, and confirm.
